IPSWICH Town manager Roy Keane has given his vote to his former Manchester United team-mate Ryan Giggs before tomorrow's BBC Sports Personality of the Year award.
The Welsh international is one of the candidates for the show that is being shown live from the Sheffield Arena.
“It doesn't matter how much you earn in the game or how many medals you win,” said Keane. “It is about the people you shared a dressing room with.
“Ryan is a great example to all young players.
“He is a good lad who knows how to enjoy himself - but more about that some other time perhaps.
“Ryan is streetwise and a clever lad and has looked after himself well. Good luck to him tomorrow night.”
