Roy Keane will be taking a big interest in Ipswich Town's Combination derby against Norwich City at Portman Road this afternoon (kick-off 2pm).

The Blues manager will be sitting - as usual for reserve fixtures - on his own in the directors' box for Town's only chance to beat the Canaries at non-youth level this season. Jon Stead staked his claim for a first team recall with a goal brace against Peterborough in a second team game last midweek, and Keane will be looking for others to follow suit today.

Keane takes these games seriously and he is set to name a team that includes players who missed out last weekend when Ipswich drew 1-1 at Plymouth in the Championship.

Tamas Priskin, Lee Martin, Damien Delaney, Colin Healy Pim Balkestein, Owen Garvan and perhaps Richard Wright are in line to play against a Norwich club who are members of League One this season.
