SKIPPER Jim Magilton today stressed the need for Ipswich players to remain calm and hold their nerve for the final countdown.“We must stay relaxed and positive,” urged the 35-year-old midfielder ahead of promotion-chasing Town's key home clash with QPR tomorrow (kick-off 3pm).

“Of course the nerves are going to be jangling for the last 12 games, but there's a hell of a lot to play for and that's why we are involved in football.”
