IPSWICH boss Joe Royle today admitted he would settle for a repeat of last season's scoreline at Coventry when the teams meet again tomorrow.

But while the Town manager would be satisfied with another 4-2 success, to extend his team's unbeaten away run to ten games, he was quick to add: "I could do without the first-half scares."

Royle cast his mind back to April last year and an amazing game at Highfield Road that saw Ipswich trail 2-0 at the break.

A second-half recovery saw Town strikers Marcus Bent and Pablo Counago each score twice – in the space of just 17 minutes – to put Royle's men firmly in control.

He added: "It was a great comeback and another win tomorrow would be very welcome. We need to recapture our pre-Christmas form and put a run of four or five wins together.

"Coventry have their days and can knock the ball around very well. But we are in a great position and fear nobody."
