JOE Royle today named the man he expects to lead Ipswich Town to future glory.
The Blues' boss chose New Year's Day to predict that 21-year-old midfielder Ian Westlake will one day captain the club.
“Ian has all the qualities of Matt Holland,” said Royle, who has been astounded at the progress the Clacton-based player has made over the last 18 months.
