Kezie Ibe and Ben Sedgemore put the Ryman Premier League side ahead against a Town team largely made up of youngsters and players returning from injury, including French midfielder Sylvain Legwinski.
But an Andy Duncan own goal reduced the deficit and a 25-yard strike from Sammy Moore levelled the scores in the last minute.
