JORDAN Rhodes, who missed out on a first team place on Saturday, is due to lead the line in tonight's reserve game against Leyton Orient at Portman Road.
The 17-year-old was named in the Ipswich Town 19-man squad for the Championship game against Plymouth Argyle after impressing with two goals in last Tuesday's 2-2 draw against Orient at Brisbane Road.
Ipswich, who are top of the Pontin's Holidays Combination eastern section, have named a squad with seven players who have first team experience.
Rhodes is set to lead the line with Billy Clarke, although Dean Bowditch is fit again after recovering from a troublesome groin problem that meant a proposed second loan move to Brighton has not yet materialised.
Highly-rated teenage defender Tommy Smith - tipped by manager Jim Magilton to be in line for a first team debut this season - is also in the squad, along with fit-again defender Michael Synnott.
Town squad: Supple, Plummer, Barron, Bowditch, Clarke, Fenn, Leabon, Moore, Reason, Rhodes, Robinson, Sito, Smith, Synnott, Tooms, Trotter, Upson.
