A new £1.4million teaching pool for children is set to open in June.
The First Strokes Swim School, on the Ipswich/Sproughton border on Hadleigh Road, will house a 18m x 7m pool with three main lanes.
Alastair Dovey, who owns seven swimming sites across the region with Gillian Dovey, said: “We are currently sorting the brickwork, floors and painting the frame, with the next big moment being when the roof goes on in March.”
