international midfielder, who now scouts for the Berti Vogts regime north of the border, was at Portman Road for last night's Carling Cup victory over Kidderminster.
Miller's grandmother comes from Scotland and he could possibly be on the verge of an international call-up.

international defender who is number two to Joe Royle at Ipswich, tipped off Gemmill about Miller's potential.
Miller had a very good game in the Town midfield as Royle's side beat Kidderminster 1-0 in extra-time to progress to the second round of the Carling Cup.
"It could be good for Tommy. We'll have to wait and see," said Royle.
