DEBEN'S Sam Honour has come away with a clutch of medals from the Disability Sport England Championships in Sheffield.In his 10th appearance at this annual competition, Honour produced some strong performances in the 50m butterfly, 50m and 100m backstroke, 50m and 100m freestyle, 100m breaststroke, 200m individual medley and 400 freestyle.
