So it will no doubt surprise those same people to learn that Robert Fleck has never borne a grudge.
In fact the ex-Norwich favourite, in true panto villain style, merely views his past relationship with Town supporters as harmless fun.
“They wound me up, I wound them up,” said the one-time Carrow Road star. “But unfortunately some people who dish it out can't seem to take it back - and they were the problem.”
