IPSWICH Town claimed a dramatic 2-1 victory against old rivals Norwich City in the East Anglian derby as youngster Danny Haynes claimed the winning goal with just two minutes left in the game.

Haynes struck as both sides surged forward in a bid to secure all three points in the closing minutes of a hotly contested match.

Jonatan Johansson had given the Canaries the lead after 33 minutes, but Jimmy Juan equalised with a deflected 28-yard free kick - his fifth goal of the season - just five minutes later.

The win continues Town's recent run of good form and sees them move above Norwich into 12th place in the Championship table.
