Walsham gained three more points towards their championship push when they beat Bramford United after a lively encounter at Acton Road.

The Walsham team had dominated the first half with some determined play. They went 2-0 up with goals from Partridge, who slotted the ball home after an excellent pass from Zarkos, and then M Moye, who coolly headed home after getting on the end of Smith's cross.

Walsham received a shock after the interval when Bramford rattled in two goals to level the scores. Clennell ran on to to a Potter pass beating his marker then placing the ball wide of the keeper, while the second came from Grimsey, who headed in a Ditcham left- flank free kick.

Walsham fought their way back in front again when a deflected clearance fell to T Musgrove who rifled the ball into the net.

The hard-working Smith added his team's fourth when he headed in a free kick. Bramford were reduced to ten men when Clennell was red-carded and at the end Potter thundered in a good effort which clipped the Walsham crossbar.
