Bex, Belinda, Sara and Stu are the latest to fall ill, and a doctor is reportedly on standby to combat the house bug.
Mikey and Lisa are the only housemates in 'hell' yet to be struck down.
The illness epidemic comes as the group pathetically failed their latest food task, passing just two of the five challenges set for them in the French-themed ordeal.
It means the house will be forced to live on a basic budget for the second straight week.
