The London-based songwriter took offence after the model and single mum questioned his eating habits.
She said: “We all want to eat our own thing, but we can't, because at the end of the day we're a group.
“We have to eat the same thing.”
But Darnell, 26, responded mysteriously, saying he ate alone “for reasons you don't know about.”
He then calmed the situation with a dose of flattery, calling Jennifer, 22, “good-looking.”
