It comes after art student Jennifer sparked the row which led to Dennis getting thrown out of the house for spitting, while Rex also played a key part in the drama, smearing Jen's picture to start the bust-up.
Many have since accused Jennifer of stirring things up in the wake of the row, and viewers have seen her repeatedly make comments behind other contestants' backs, especially targeting Rex, Rachel and Kathreya.
Meanwhile, chef Rex has often been a target for criticism in the house over his perceived arrogance and dictatorial attitude.
Jennifer's nomination comes after her group has rapidly dwindled, with Sylvia and Dennis leaving the house in the last week.
