Australian PA Sara received five votes from her fellow housemates, while ex-body builder Lisa and moaning student Nicole got four each.
Ipswich-born housemate Darnell nominated Nicole, saying: “She hasn't been through all the stuff we went through to get here - this is the end and this should be the fun times.
“We all got the speech from Rex that he wants to be here in the final with his girlfriend.”
He named Sara as his second nomination, saying she makes friends, then they leave so she moves on to someone else and that she just agrees with what everyone says.
Sara was also nominated by Kat, Mikey, Mo and Rex.
Lisa's name was put forward by Kat, Mo, Rachel and Rex while Nicole was voted for by Lisa, Mikey and Rachel.
Darnell was not nominated by any of his fellow housemates.
