The news comes as the egomaniac body builder had his first row in the house with girlfriend and fellow poser Lisa.
The 42-year-old berated his beau for working too hard in the kitchen and cleaning too much, branding her “Mrs Scrubber”.
He told her: “People aren't going to wash up or clean up because they think you are mug enough to do it. It grieves me to see you, my partner, come in here slaving over a kitchen.
“You need to chat more, you've gone very quiet if you ask me. You're trying to please everyone - you need to assert yourself.”
He will now face nursery nurse Rebecca in this week's public vote.
Housemates nominated her after the 21-year-old's antics have started to wind contestants up in recent days.
She has regularly stripped off, rowed with Rex and moaned that everyone in the house is being too nice.
