The show started with a video endorsement from Mick Fleetwood and from the opening song intro you could tell why he was happy for this tribute band to be playing the Fleetwood Mac back catalogue.

It was no surprise that the first trio of songs were culled from the classic Rumours album and they certainly warmed up the audience on a bitterly cold night.

The band were playing out the parts of the Mac members from the Buckingham Nicks era, but they were also augmented with other musicians to become an eight-piece and ensure a sound as close to the original as possible.

For Little Lies and Sarah the show was enhanced with the use of nice video backdrops that added to the feel. I really enjoyed the vocal interplay between the female leads.

For the second set the band were joined on stage by ex-Mac guitarist Rick Vito and played some bluesy numbers from the Peter Green era including a great extended version of Black Magic Woman and Albatross.

With the girls back on stage the focus switched to Tango In The Night and the more poppy songs, but the loudest cheer of the night was of course reserved for The Chain and Go Your Own Way. As Mick said in his intro, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac have the spirit of the band on stage.
