X Factor finalist Amelia Lily has joined the cast of Ipswich Regent-bound musical Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
The singer was mentored by former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland and finished third on the hit ITV1 show in 2011. She went on to reach number two with debut single You Bring Me Joy and supported Girls Aloud on their farewell tour and Olly Murs.
Lily will play the narrator when Joseph - the retelling of the biblical story about Joseph, his 11 brothers and the coat of many colours including hits like Any Dream Will Do - comes to the theatre from June 2-6.
