Anglia Karting, Farthing Road

Stay warm this winter racing around the tracks at Anglia indoor Karting.

For your first taste of motorsport take part in the Arrive & Drive practice session.

You will be guided through the course by the knowledgeable staff at the venue.

The Arrive & Drive course is available to anyone over the age of 5, so the whole family can start this new hobby together.

If you are looking for a fun way to get fit this is for you.

Ipswich School Sports Centre, Henley Road, Valley Road and Rushmere.

If you want a new hobby but are unsure what sport you would like to take up, head down to Ipswich School Sports Centre.

Ipswich School Sports Centre has three impressive in Henley Road, Valley Road and Rushmere.

Take part in badminton, basket ball, Zumba, cricket and lots more.

Children also have the opportunity to get involved with master classes in athletics and hockey.

Ipswich Gymnastics Centre Pipers Vale, Brazier’s Wood

This facility is packed with the equipment you need to excel as a gymnast.

Asymmetric bars, high and low beams, rings, vaults, tumble track, and foam pits are just a few things to expect at the centre.

If you don’t fancy gymnastics, dance classes are on offer too.

The centre has courses for all ages and abilities, so there is something for everyone.

Suffolk Leisure Park, Bourne Hill

You don’t need snow to learn how to ski, thanks to Suffolk Leisure Park.

Get involved with skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, high ropes and lots more.

The venue also offers beginners courses and dedicated one on one private lessons in skiing, snowboarding and golf.

All activities continue to run in all weathers, so you won’t have to worry about it being called off during the winter months.

Crown Pools, Crown Street

With three pools, a gym, a sauna and an inflatable slide for the children, all the family will love getting fit there.

There are also a number of classes you can sign up for to make sure you make the most out of the facility.

Sign up for a membership card or simply pay every time you fancy making a splash or burning up a sweat.
