An Ipswich woman will stand trial after denying fly-tipping rubbish near her home.
Jody Giles denied dumping documents identifying her and her address, and other items including a serrated knife and pair of pliers, in woodland near her home in Whitland Close, on January 14 last year.
Ms Giles pleaded not guilty to the charge in Suffolk Magistrates Court on Monday.
She maintained that a garden shed had been broken into and the items had been stolen.
She will next appear before the magistrates on April 18.
