Bitwen in Upper Orwell Street extends to around 2,200 sq ft and incorporates a restaurant, a small lock up store and a three bedroom flat over two floors.

It is currently let as a whole on a 10-year lease from September 2022 and is subject to three yearly rent reviews.

Auction House East Anglia has listed the property at a guide price of £220,000 to £240,000. 

The auction will be held at 11am on Wednesday, December 13.
