Signs for a new Turkish restaurant set to open at Cardinal Park have gone up ahead of its arrival in Ipswich.

In January, it was revealed that the Punch & Judy, which has been left vacant for a number of years, was going to be converted into Kervan Kitchen.

This will be the first branch to open in Suffolk, with the chain operating a number of restaurants already around Essex.

Work has started inside the building, with skips seen outside in recent months.

The entrance sign to the park has been updated also, with the removal of the Dough & Co and Unit 17 signs, and the addition of Five Guys, which opened last month, InflataNation which opened in January and the Kervan Kitchen logos.

An opening date is still yet to be announced for the new restaurant and grill.
