There were delays near an exit slip road for the A14 in Ipswich due to a tractor with a flat tyre.
Officers from Suffolk police were called to reports of a broken down tractor at J53 eastbound for Whitehouse, near ASDA, at 9.35am on Thursday.
A tractor pulling a trailer had a flat tyre, which is caused delays in the area.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said the tractor was travelling from Newmarket to Felixstowe.
The tractor has been moved to a layby but it is unknown when it will be recovered.
Delays in the area have cleared.
