A beauty salon has applied to strike off as there as the Ipswich town centre premises it occupies has been put up for rent.

Iza's Beauty Salon has sent an application to strike the firm off from the Companies House, with the salon closing its doors on the first floor of Merchant's House in Fore Street in Ipswich.

The application to strike off was sent on March 8, and the premises where the business was stationed in Fore Street has now been put up for rent.

Penn Commercial, which is in charge of finding new tenants for the property, is advertising the building on its website.

The property, which is 1,378 sq ft, currently has consent for beauty or nail salon and tattoo studio uses but would also suit other uses.

As well as previously being a beauty salon, it was once also a tattoo studio.

A new tenant is set to move into the building, which has a commencing rental of £13,000 per year.
