Petrolheads will be in for a treat as new classic car show is being held in Suffolk this year.

Vauxfest 24 will debut at Stonham Barns near Stowmarket in June after moving from a venue in Northampton.

During the two-day event a variety of Bedford, Opel and Vauxhall vehicles will be on show.

The well-established event was previously held in Northampton and will have more than 1,000 vehicles on sure, plus trade stalls, autojumble and live music.

Richard Watt and John Ankerman, organisers of the show, said: "As Vauxhall and Opel are one of the oldest established vehicle manufacturers and distribution companies, its cars and vehicles are much collected and sought after by everyone.

"It's always a much-loved family marque and it's good to get the families all together to celebrate it."

Bedford, Opel and Vauxhall enthusiasts are being encouraged to come along and see what is on offer.

Previous Vauxfest events were held in Billing Aquadrome, a holiday and leisure park in Northampton.

Tickets start £10 per adult and children under 12 go free.
