Another huge musical will be heading to Ipswich this spring.
Grease the Musical will be hosted by Ipswich Regent Theatre from May 21 - 25, 2024, as they embark on their UK-wide tour.
The theatre announced the news on their social media, in a post that read: "The world’s best-loved musical is back! Grittier and more glamorous than ever before.
"After a whirlwind summer romance, leather-clad greaser Danny and girl-next-door Sandy are unexpectedly reunited when she transfers to Rydell High for senior year. But can they survive the trials and tribulations of teenage life and find true love once more?"
The musical will be directed by Nikolai Foster, who's previously directed theatre productions such as Legally Blonde, The Witches and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Sunset Boulevard.
