Walkers, runners and riders are all set to take part in the Orwell Walk on Sunday.
The Ipswich East Rotary Club event has raised £1.5million since it was first held 40 years ago. The Orwell Walk and Orwell Trail Run includes three main routes with checkpoints every two to three miles - the Levington Loop (12 miles), Fishponds Folly (19 miles) or Orwell 25 (25 miles).
Walkers start at 7.30am - the last departure for those walking 25 miles is 9am, but those walking a shorter route may leave up until 10.30am.
All runners must be off by 7.30am.
There will be a five-mile or 15-mile route for cyclists who will set off from 8am. Those on the shorter route may leave up until 10am.
All routes start and finish at Ipswich’s Gainsborough Sports Centre - free parking and refreshments will be available all day.
Entry is £15 for adults and £10 for children under 12.
