A TEENAGER who suffered a chest wound after being attacked in Norwich city centre was today released form hospital.
Two men were still in custody following the incident close to Spencers in Prince of Wales Road at about 2.30am today.
Detectives said a knife and a hammer had been recovered from the scene and were believed to be linked to the incident.
The 19-year-old victim was treated at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. He is now helping police with their inquiries.
Supt Nick Dean, in charge of policing the city centre, reassured visitors and residents that the city is a safe place to visit and said it was an isolated incident.
