EMILY Gentry desperately needs a new heart to keep her alive today.
The 13-year-old Chantry High School pupil had a life-saving heart transplant seven years ago, but now that heart is struggling to stay healthy and she and her family face an agonising wait before a new one is found.

Emily said: βIt is really important that people sign up to be organ donors. The more people that sign up the more people that can be saved.β
