FIREFIGHTERS have rescued a woman from a house fire in Hemsby in Norfolk today. A spokesman for Norfolk Fire Service said the woman was taken from a back bedroom of the burning house shortly after 3am.
FIREFIGHTERS have rescued a woman from a house fire in Hemsby in Norfolk today.
A spokesman for Norfolk Fire Service said the woman was taken from a back bedroom of the burning house shortly after 3am.
Crews were called to the property in Newport Road at 2.44am.
He added: “The fire was brought under control at 4.22am. Six breathing apparatus were used, four hose reel jets, one main jet and one covering jet and thermal image camera was used to look for hotspots.”
Police are investigating the incident.
