FELIXSTOWE Port was operating normally today after Operation Stack was put into effect as yesterday's high winds closed the port yesterday evening.Cranes are unable to operate in high winds - although freight ferries to the continent were able to continue operating normally.
FELIXSTOWE Port was operating normally today after Operation Stack was put into effect as yesterday's high winds closed the port yesterday evening.
Cranes are unable to operate in high winds - although freight ferries to the continent were able to continue operating normally.
The winds dropped overnight and the port was able to reopen for business early this morning.
