JOCKEY Kieren Fallon's ex-wife has been given a one-year conditional discharge after being convicted of attacking a woman in the toilet of a Suffolk pub.

Julie Fallon, 41, of Wigan, Greater Manchester, kicked and punched Emma Witt in The Star pub at Lidgate, near Newmarket, in January, magistrates in Bury St Edmunds were told.

Fallon, a mother-of-three and former jockey, had denied assault.

Magistrates ordered Fallon to pay £400 compensation to Miss Witt plus court costs of £750.
