COMPLAINTS about comments made by a former Ipswich Town player are being investigated by a broadcasting watchdog. The complaints were made after Alan Brazil, talkSPORT radio host and ex-Scotland striker, who lives near Hadleigh, suggested people in Sudan should "go back to building mud huts" during his show on Monday.

The complaints were made after Alan Brazil, talkSPORT radio host and ex-Scotland striker, who lives near Hadleigh, suggested people in Sudan should "go back to building mud huts" during his show on Monday.
Mr Brazil, 48, was speaking after news broke of the release of teacher Gillian Gibbons, who was jailed in Khartoum for allowing her class to name a teddy bear Mohammed.
A spokesman for Ofcom said officials were investigating three complaints from listeners.
Brazil played football for Ipswich Town, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United before beginning his broadcasting career.
