AN elderly woman is fighting for her life today following an accident in an Ipswich car park.
The 84-year-old woman from Kesgrave is in a critical condition in Ipswich Hospital after suffering serious leg injuries as a result of yesterday's collision with a blue Daihatsu Sirion.
The accident happened shortly after midday in the car park of Homebase in Felixstowe Road in the Purdis Farm area of Ipswich.
Another elderly woman was also taken to hospital by emergency services as a result of collision.
The 76-year-old, believed to be the driver of the Daihatsu, was suffering from shock.
