TWELVE hours of free non-stop music is expected to take place next month when more than 20 different bands will perform on Martlesham Heath Village Green.
'Music on the Green', in association with BBC Radio Suffolk, is now firmly established on the music scene of East Anglia and will take place on Saturday July 12.
The event will take place from 10.30am to 10.30pm and will feature a range of stalls and attractions including bouncy castles, cake stalls and all the traditional favourites as well as an outside bar and car boot sale.
Music on the Green is also a great opportunity for smaller, up-coming bands to play alongside more established bands, as well as in front of a live audience with the use of a professional sound system.
Bands at the event include the Birchwood School Choir, Martlesham Brass Band, Royal Arcade, Boot50, Just 42, Great White Hopes, Wicked Grin, Suffolk School Of Rock, Blue Wave and Jenny's Accordionists.
