TRAFFIC was delayed on the A12 tonight following a two-car crash near Saxmundham.The accident happened at about 6pm on the Ipswich-bound carriageway at Benhall, near to the junction with the A1094, and involved vehicles driven by owners from Saxmundham and Hertfordshire.
TRAFFIC was delayed on the A12 tonight following a two-car crash near Saxmundham.
The accident happened at about 6pm on the Ipswich-bound carriageway at Benhall, near to the junction with the A1094, and involved vehicles driven by owners from Saxmundham and Hertfordshire.
The southbound road was closed for about two hours while the accident was cleared.
It is not thought anyone was injured. Two fire appliances attended the scene to help remove the vehicles.
