SINGER Russell Watson has postponed his forthcoming appearance in Ipswich, it has been announced.
The opera singer, who is known as The Voice, has postponed all appearances on his current tour following surgery last month to remove a tumour on his brain.
In a statement released today, the former Salford factory worker's record company said he has been advised by specialists not to undertake the heavy schedule and to continue to rest until he has completely recovered from the surgery.
The star was due to appear at the Regent Theatre in Ipswich for a sold out performance on November 30, but that date has now been changed to Tuesday March 20 next year.
All tickets will be valid for the new dates but any refunds will be available from the point of purchase for the next 4 weeks.
