A 17-YEAR-old boy was airlifted to hospital after the car he was driving crashed into the central reservation on the A12.
Four other teenage passengers were also injured in the incident.
The crash happened yesterday at 5.30pm in the Ipswich-direction at Ardleigh.
The teenager was taken by helicopter to Broomfield Hospital, in Chelmsford, with serious facial injuries and the others were taken by ambulance to Colchester General Hospital.
