THERE were temporary hold-ups for motorists on the A12 today following a two-vehicle collision.
A Smart car and a Ford Connect van collided on the north-bound carriageway of the A12 just before the Copdock Interchange at around 9.30am.
One lane of the road was closed for 45 minutes.
A female driver was taken to Ipswich hospital with chest pains.
