A woman special constable was killed in an incident outside her north London home, it was confirmed today. Nisha Patel-Nasri, 29, was stabbed after going out of her home in Wembley to investigate a disturbance on the street.

Nisha Patel-Nasri, 29, was stabbed after going out of her home in Wembley to investigate a disturbance on the street. She was not on duty and not in uniform.
Police were hunting a man in a hooded top who was seen fleeing the scene after the attack. Mrs Patel-Nasri was taken to Northwick Park Hospital, but medical staff were unable to save her.
