FIRE crews from across the county were called to several blazes over night and attended a block of flats in Ipswich shortly before 2am today .Firefighters were called to Wellington Court, in Ipswich where a blaze had broken out in the communal hallway.
FIREFIGHTERS were called to Wellington Court flats, in Ipswich, this morning, to a small fire in a communal hallway. It was put out by 2.14am.
A crew from Needham Market attended a car fire on the B1078 at Needham Market at 3.19am and a fire in a Transit van was put out shortly before 5.30pm, in Johnson Close, Ipswich, yesterday.
Staff members from Sainsbury's superstore, in Warren Heath, had to call for assistance after a paper towel holder caught alight.
The incident, which is being treated as suspicious, happened at 5.10pm yesterday and one hose reel was used to extinguish the fire by 5.23pm.
