A STOCK car driver killed in an horrific racetrack crash was today named as 46-year-old Ipswich man Steve Spinks.Mr Spinks, a married plumber and accomplished stock car driver who had one daughter, died from injuries he suffered when his V8 car crashed at Yarmouth Stadium.
