A MOTORIST was killed today in a collision with a lorry on the A14 between Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket.The driver of the Ford Mondeo was pronounced dead at the scene on the Stowmarket-bound carriageway near Elmswell around 9.
A MOTORIST was killed today in a collision with a lorry on the A14 between Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket.
The driver of the Ford Mondeo was pronounced dead at the scene on the Stowmarket-bound carriageway near Elmswell around 9.30am.
The car and the Skania lorry blocked the road and caused major tailbacks.
Police and ambulance were still dealing with incident more than an hour after the collision and warned drivers to stay away from the area.
