POLICE are today hunting a band of stick-wielding and balaclava or stocking-clad robbers who targeted a Suffolk metal processing factory.The group of six to eight men overpowered two security guards at Climax Molybdenum in Needham Road, Stowmarket, and tied them up using a belt and electrical wiring.
POLICE are today hunting a band of stick-wielding and balaclava or stocking-clad robbers who targeted a Suffolk metal processing factory.
The group of six to eight men overpowered two security guards at Climax Molybdenum in Needham Road, Stowmarket, and tied them up using a belt and electrical wiring.
They then used keys taken from one of the guards to steal around 20 tonnes of Ferromolybdenum alloy, worth several thousand pounds, during the robbery that took place at about 10pm on Saturday.
