CHILL Street Blues could be coming to town, leaving Ipswich police officers feeling very cold, very dark and very lonely.
Officers could be left feeling a touch of frost if Suffolk Police Authority rejects proposals to move out of the town's police station.
The authority has not yet decided whether to move out of the Elm Street police station to share new buildings with the borough council in Ipswich Village.
But if they do decide to stay put, they could be left without central heating, electricity or radio contact with the outside world when borough moves at the end of next year.
