TOWN centre living is the in thing and another developer is today making it easier for us to be happening people.
Bloor Homes is the latest property company to bring living to the centre of Ipswich with its 19-home development in Turret Lane.
Springing up on the former Conder's sheepskin factory and car park is Turret Court. It contains 13 three-bedroom and one two-bedroom houses plus five two-bedroom apartments.
Turret Court, like St Nicholas Court in Friars Street and Curzon House in St Peter's Street are among the latest developments to fan out from the transformation of the historic waterfront.
A spokeswoman for Bloor's regional office in Bury St Edmunds said the first homes should be ready for occupation by early spring next year.
"This development however, will not be available for selling or reserving until late next month, when more details of prices and lay-outs etcetera will be released," she added.
n Bloor Homes is also planning another housing development in the Ipswich Village scheme in Handford Road.
