THIS is the blanked-out face of an Ipswich teenager we have been banned from identifying — despite the fact he has flouted an Anti-Social Behaviour Order designed to protect the public.
The youngster has been collared by the authorities in the past for embarking on a crime wave throughout the west Ipswich community in which he lives.
Within the last month the teenager has once again demonstrated his flagrant disregard for authority by breaching the Asbo when resisting arrest by a policeman.
Despite him pleading guilty to the breach, magistrates are today refusing to let us name him because they believe it will affect his "future offending."
The tearaway resisted arrest and was later found hiding in a wheelie-bin.
