CANCER is a terrifying prospect but having more information is a major step forward to quelling the fear.
That is why Cancer Campaign in Suffolk have been trying to raise £300,000 to build a cancer information centre at Ipswich Hospital to help patients and their family and friends answer all the questions they may have.
And today we join their fight by launching The Evening Star's Raise The Roof campaign to find the final £100,000 needed to start building this essential centre.
Now we ask our readers to join us in our mission to get the money rolling in to help boost the wonderful cancer care already given at Ipswich Hospital.
